Our certified technicians will come to your gym, fitness facility or home to troubleshoot the problem. They will diagnose the issue with your machine and let you know what equipment parts are needed and the cost of repairing your fitness equipment.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Due to liability and not having specific knowledge of disassembly and reassembly, many moving companies will not move fitness equipment. Fit-​Fix has in-​depth experience and fitness equipment expertise to deliver and install fitness and gym equipment. Proper installation of cardio and strength equipment prevents future safety and operational problems. Prevention keeps your machines running longer and stronger. Stay on top of maintenance issues before they start with our Preventative Maintenance Program. Fit-​Fix can help you take care of your exercise machines by providing monthly, quarterly, bi-​annual and annual maintenance plans.
REGULARLY SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
Our custom Preventative Maintenance Program is designed to keep your equipment working safely and efficiently and to limit the frequency of repairs through regular maintenance, calibration, lubrication and inspections. It is a misconception that since a piece of equipment is under a manufacturer’s warranty a service agreement is not necessary. The best analogy to explain this is your vehicle. Although your vehicle is under warranty, the dealer does not pay for oil changes, tire rotation, alignments, tune ups, etc. All equipment has a manufacturer suggested Preventative Maintenance Schedule which should be done daily, weekly and/​or monthly from the day you receive your equipment. Fit-​Fix offers customized programs designed for your specific needs.

For facilities or individuals who do not require a service contract, we offer basic maintenance services which includes an inspection of your equipment and tune up as suggested by the manufacturer. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), cheque, electronic transfers and paypal transfers.
What type of equipment do you repair?
We repair most fitness equipment from full commercial to home equipment (both cardio and strength equipment) as long as replacement parts are available in the marketplace.
How far do your technicians travel?
We service a very wide area from our head office which is located in Lachine, Quebec (H8S 2B8). Included service areas (but not limited to): Montréal, Laval, Monteregie and Laurentides.
We also have a satellite office located in Plattsburgh, NY (USA) and conduct service calls in the Upstate New York, Vermont and New Hampshire regions.

Where do I find the serial number on my equipment?
The serial number is on a sticker normally located near the power supply of your unit or on the unit frame.
Do we offer a guarantee after the work is complete? (if applicable)
We offer a 90 day guarantee for the portion of the fitness equipment that was replaced or repaired by our technician.
